Concierge Medicine is a rapidly growing new type of primary care that is a membership style model.  Our Personal Concierge model charges patients an annual membership fee to join the practice.  In exchange, every patient gets direct access to Dr Kiamanesh through his personal cell that they can call or text with any medical issues or questions.  Your insurance will additionally cover your office visits as part of the hybrid concierge model.  The membership fee allows us to have a much smaller patient panel, which in turn allows us to provide 2 hour long new patient appointments and physicals and hour long follow up appointments.  The added time also allows your physician to coordinate your care with your other physicians, ensuring that your care is optimized.  Dr Kiamanesh's network of colleagues that he keeps in touch with also allow him to get you in sooner to see a specialist than would otherwise be possible.  We will also set aside time everyday for urgent issues that arise so that we can get you in the same day or the next day if you don't feel well.  No more frequent visits to the urgent care because your doctor is booked up for weeks or months out.  As a board certified Internal Medicine physician with 15 years of hospital based experience, our doctor is uniquely qualified to manage you if you are someone with multiple complicated medical issues.  Our practice model offers quicker and more personalized preventative care plans which help you stay healthier longer, which will ultimately end up saving patients much more as they age into their golden years.  We also offer the Premier Concierge membership, which comes with everything the Personal Concierge plan comes with but in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  Dr Kiamanesh and his nurse will come to your home for your visits and get vitals, EKGs, blood, etc.  This plan also comes with after hours and weekend visits in your home for urgent/emergent issues.  We offer a free initial consultation to see if Dr Kiamanesh is the right physician to guide you on your healthcare journey.
